No working phone numbers to the front desk or to residents. Emergency services will not respond to cellphones. How are they handling emergencies? Communication has been out for 30-days. We are not able to travel to speak to our friend. He is fully paid resident. This is really intolerable.

StoryPoint has great facilities. Courtyard is beautiful. Staff is very caring. They tend to all the residents needs. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.
