The place is outdated inside and out, Doesn''t seem very organized and not the cleanest, My dads case manager was not communicating with us about his progress and would not listen to our concerns and knew what''s best for him but it wasn''t. Now dad is paying the consequences. The positive was the receptionist''s and some of his nurses.

Not impressed with the facility. Staffs professionalism was a concern for me. My wife was supposed to be admitted for rehabilitation care. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to read these reviews before she was transferred for admission. I elected not to have admitted and have the discharge cancelled. The part that was most concerning was the 2-day observation unit protocol before any care (rehabilitation). I presume this was to ensure that she did not transmit COVID she might have contracted from the hospital, even though she has had all vaccination, including boosters. This did not make much sense to me until I read the reviews here and now I know why. The other concern I had was for the 2/5 score during their last review by accreditation agency. This is not good and is a real concern. This score (40%), suggests non- compliance with patient care standards. I took my wife home!

What can I not say about this facility....Thank you so very much for all the love and support our family and Mother received during her stay with HCR manorcare. Mother progressed quickly with the wonderful physical therapists, all the nurses were knowledgable, compassionate and kind. She also really enjoyed the activities daily and meeting with others, she said it reminded her of camp when she was a girl...hahaha. This facility was just what Mother needed and was great for her first experience at a facility like this. This place is a place where you can trust with your loved one. We did and we couldn''t be more delighted.

All signs of neglect here. My father passed away here as this facility did not take his concerns seriously. When a person is repeatedly saying they''re dying and need to go to ER, take that seriously. 2 Hours later ambulance arrived. I agree with other reviews here, this place should be shut dow...
