My mom almost died in this terrible place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY ANIMAL SO DIFFINITELY NOT FOR A HUMAN BEING.
The director needs fired
This facility is terrible. This is why they changed the name of the facility. Please continue to report this facility no one deserves to live in a nasty facility like this.
Very unprofessional starting with the director. The staff lost my mother’s dentures. I been waiting for Mr Edwards to call me for over 3 hours still no call days later
Apparently my dad was there from Nov 2021 to March 2022. He is now no longer here on this earth because of this place. I''m trying to find out what happened to my father I would never recommend this place. I heard a lot of complaints about this place. In its really sad.
Terrible place. Staff is lazy and doesn’t do their job. The social worker guy is very unprofessional. Why are they still open?
