Do NOT send your loved ones to this.nightmare They spent money on decorating and public relations but the staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. Most of the nurses and aids are from agency’s and don’t care about patients because they won’t be there tomorrow. Waiting 2 or 3 hours to ring for help is the norm. You could literally die waiting. The food is worse than elementary school cafeteria food. Cheap!!!!! I got a sandwich for lunch and the same damn sandwich for dinner. No fresh vegetables. They use broccoli stems cause they’re cheap. You can’t even get a ginger ale if you are nauseous It doesn’t even deserve one star. There are good staff members but nursing and aids are horrendous. Please. Don’t even considering sending someone here. I getting out fast!!!

If you have underlying health issues do not go here for short term rehab! My family member was neglected and is back in the hospital due to lack of attention and incorrect management of insulin. It''s a huge red flag when your family member is discharged in worse condition. Lots of rudeness to family as well. Run far away from this place.

I could not be happier with the Laurels - both the facility and staff have exceeded my expectations. My aunt was bounced between hospitals and rehabs for the weeks prior to her arrival at the Laurels; she was disoriented, highly agitated and desperate to “go home” and then almost immediately came to see the Laurels as home. The medical staff took her seriously, listened to her concerns and immediately resolved the source of her discomfort that was either ignored or missed by CCF and UH. Unfortunately, she is now too healthy to stay but doesn’t want to leave. As anyone that has ever loved an aging relative will know - that’s not as much a problem as a ringing endorsement.

If I could give this place a one star I would! My family member arrived there this weekend, no one called our family to let us know she arrived safely ! Also, its been impossible to reach our loved one. No ones answers the phones at this so called nursing home! We had to call the local police to do a wellness check on our loved one. DO NOT SEND your loved ones to this horrendous place. They will be left to die alone, with no nursing care provided to them.
