They almost killed my grandma by not checking on: leaving her wet and when we checked on her she was down to only 30% oxygen- we had to call a ambulance immediately. They need to be shut down due to lack of compassion and care on patients.

They set schedules and don''t follow them ie. Medication, meals, smoking breaks......some of the nurses are rude, grouchy, and down right mean to clients who cànt understand what is going on due to dementia extremely unprofessional for a skilled nursing facility

Plus why do they have that place so far out it makes it hard for people to visit family witch don''t make it any easier for someone to recover when they used to being around family all the time.
