Main west admitted my grandmother about a few weeks ago, thanks to CJ in admissions. She is now thriving. Eating better, sleeping better, and taking her medication. I’m so grateful she got into this facility because I used to work for them & I loved all the staff, and know most of the residents. CNAs all talk to my grandma & listen to her rants throughout the building but they are so nice to her. And the nurses as well super nice. Thank you Main West for helping my family and taking my grandmother in. can’t wait for her full recovery & to bring her back home.

Love the care and staff. Food was great. I discharge to Assisted Living, miss all my friends. Staff always treated me with so much respect. Housekeeping staff is awesome. Enjoyed the Activities they offer, so much musical events.
I hated this hospital and everything about it,it reminded me of a cheap clinic that just got its first patient

Had an issue with my dad (he was uncomfortable with a bed sore on his bottom) I was simply asking if they could apply cream and put a donut under him and the nurse said “I don’t have time for this right now!” Are you kidding me!?!? There are better ways of handling and addressing issues, she could have said I’m in the middle of something I will be right with you….this facility is unorganized, their lack of communication is pathetic and they DO NOT take care of their patients up to any type of standards. The only good person here is Jennifer, she has always been so sweet and helpful.
