My mother was transported here straight from the hospital. She did have several great nurses. One complaint all together since February she’s gone one week with just one bath. This has happened three weeks in a row. When she BM on herself she cleans herself up. With the high number of COVID I could not even see my mother through the door. I’m so thankful that my brother and I made the decision to move her. We moved her today.

I am pleased with it.
Every time we were there we had concerns. We wanted a wheelchair and they took the newer wheelchair I found for my loved one.
They are good, but I would like them to be a little bit more attentive.
Everybody I have talked to is excellent. I had calls with the activities person, nurses, and social services and they were all awesome. My loved one is getting adjusted now. Everybody is cooperative and helpful.
