After searching for over a year to get the help my mom needs (through Medicare/ Medicaid) as she ages, I received a recommendation for Magnolia''s. From the first phone call to Anna in administration she put me on the fast track to get my mom in. Within a month Magnolia admitted my mom, and she has been there 2 weeks. Everything so far, every request, and question has been addressed and explained. I have come and gone(signing in and out) with no issues as I have helped my mom get situated with the personal things she needs. Anna and the staff have been great. My mom is comfortable, making friends and responding positively. They have a calendar full of activities and encourage everyone to go. I find the patients gathering and socializing throughout the facility She actually loves the meals and says they have something different all the time. The facility is large and offers an activity center, several sitting areas, an outside court yard in the middle of the building, therapy/ exercise room, and a grand/ maybe dining room. Needs much improvement. Can''t believe it is still open. Food needs improvement and the head hosts shouldn''t drink while on duty.

And start treating your patients as YOU would wanna be treated and give them some good quality food for breakfast lunch AND dinner.
