Did not receive welcome paperwork until the 7th day. No toilet paper available at night. Rooms seldom cleaned and not done properly. Bed sheets not changed frequently. Locked in room for covid protocol after 4 days for new admission standard after roaming freely for 4 days. Was not informed at the time as to why the lockdown was happening. Medications not given on schedule. Staff works hard, but not enough to go around. The physical therapy is excellent.

I would highly recommend ,NOT TO USE THIS FACILITY! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I''ve HAD ! They come in the room to take vitals they do not check blood pressure! My mother was there for 10 days the checked her blood pressure when doing vitals twice ! and I was there everyday with here and just bout all day on Friday and Sat the staff is the most rude unfriendly people I''ve ever seen! Left my mom on the pot thank God she was close to bed she just made a five for the bed,there were numerous times I was there and took her off my self cause she couldn''t sit there no more without passing out! Was told they were gonna evaluate her to see how many nurses was gonna need to help her still only used one after they tolde they were gonna use 2!! Soap dispenser want working for a week till I told them so that''s telling me none washed their hands! My mom was to have medicated cream put on her daily,it was put on her twice on 10 days! They ignore other patients call bells!! This place is pathetic!!
Read moreThe staff at the Madison has been absolutely amazing. They kept me informed and the staff was attentive to needs and made sure that discharge planning with appropriate skills needed was a priority.
The concern given in the care and supervision of my mother was exceptional. The staff and management at The Madison Center made a challenging situation manageable. They were good to the entire family, professional, considerate, and compassionate.
Awesome staff! Took great care of my father in law. Appreciate them all!
