I spent a month at Louisa Health and Rehab and it was a great experience. All of the people were friendly and willing to help in any way. The Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were fantastic. I appreciate all that they taught me. A good place to be if you cannot be in your own home.
My mom was admitted last night from MJH. She had a rough night. But the employees at the facility took time to make sure she was taken care of and assured her that they would take care of her. She has Dementia. I hope she can get well enough so that she can come back home.
We went to sing with the residents. Awesome

Update..... I left this (below) review when my mom was here in 2021. My mother n law, Nanny, has been here since the 24th of February, 2024 and finally going home on Friday, March 29. I''m happy to tell you again that we''ve had a wonderful experience. Some of the names have changed, but the care she has received, again has been simply phenomenal by all. Thank you all again for taking care of my mom and thank you now for taking care of my mother-in-law who means so very much to me! Kim I want to tell you all about Louisa Health and Rehab! All of the staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and sincerely care about all of their Residents/patients! The Therapy staff are phenomenal! The nursing staff are exceptional! The healthcare aides are one of a kind, compassionate, caring and loving!Maintenance and housekeeping, you can''t get any better! And my mom, Ella Wood always said hats off to the chef because it was the best food she had ever eaten! The front desk staff and the activity staff can''t get any better! I can''t thank you all enough and I will never be able to name each and every one of you. Monique, Lisa, Molly, Joy, Stephanie L.
