A huge “Thank you” to Megan Reisinger at London Health & Rehab for assisting us in getting our loved one admitted so quickly! She stayed in constant contact with us during the process on explaining items needed and answering all of our questions. Megan also called and stayed in contact with the agencies that had our paperwork to help expedite the process. We are forever grateful for all that she did for us as we were in urgent need of full time care for my mom. She was so supportive and understood all that we (the caregivers) were going through. Also, the nurses & management team are amazing! They are so polite & welcoming to us every time we go in for a visit. Amanda (nurse) took the time to sit with us and my mom to help set her mind at ease on her first day understanding how difficult it is on the transition. We highly recommend London Health & Rehab as we know our mom is in very good hands!

This place is just horrible all around. My grandmother fell 3 times and on the 4th time we got a call about it but never got a call for the other 3 times. They do not give the medicine as they should. We were told that my 81 year old grandma (who can’t remember anything) should tell them when it’s time for her medicine. Walking in the nurses are on their phones not answering calls from other residents. They have lost her outfits that we bought from home for her and when asked about her stuff we are told it’s in the laundry. We are trying to get her out as soon as possible. I wouldn’t let your love ones go here at all.

I would just like to give London Rehab a shout out. My dad went for a 5 day respite care on the dementia hall and my dad loved it. He said "even tho there''s 110 year difference between me and the staff they treated me really good and met all my needs." I was esctatic... I was so worried about leaving him.
