Everyone Was Nice To me and the service is amazing
Very sweet and courteous staff.
The facility was so nice and clean, even though it was a little confusing to navigate but that’s do to human error on my page, now the staff themselves. Anywho, went to go visit my grandmother. She has dementia so she’s always fumbling her words but the words we could hear said she was doing goo...
The facility was so nice and clean, even though it was a little confusing to navigate but that’s do to human error on my page, now the staff themselves. Anywho, went to go visit my grandmother. She has dementia so she’s always fumbling her words but the words we could hear said she was doing good and that she was being well taken care of. Talked to the nurses while I was there as well and they were extremely nice and extremely helpful in providing info on my grandmother’s status. Putting my granny into a facility would never be my first choice, but as someone who served as a caregiver for my Dad for 5 years, until he passed away December 23, 2023, I can fully understand the burden not only on the patient going through this but only the one{s} who care for this sick person day in and day out. You put your own life on hold so that the sick person can get everything they need to live as comfortable as possible until the inevitable, unfortunately. That’s what happened with my Dad, God bless him. We got help from Hospice of the Upstate and they were very helpful and stayed by my Dad’s side before the end. It was sad, but beautiful at the same time. So I think you all for what you do. The care you bestow on our loved ones never goes unnoticed. It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it, and I’m glad people like you are there to help do it. I’ll stop rambling now. Thanks. God bless. 🙏🏻
