The facilities were quite beautiful actually, and they had a nice dining room staff, and a good dietary program for the residents. They seemed like they had a lot of activities for the residents as well. The dining area was bright and open. It seemed like it was very spacious with extremely good lighting. It had high ceilings, so it was very inviting.

We went yesterday to Lincoln Manor- Fayetteville, TN and it was great, but they don't have available room right now. There was nothing I didn't like about it. It was a very nice place. I met some of the residents, and they all seemed very happy, and everybody seemed to be working together to make their business perfect. Everyone I've met, even the executive director, were wonderful people. We did a tour and did a consultation and went over this brief personal information with the director there. It was spotless. There were no smells, like a hospital smell or just that weird smell sometimes when you go in when there are a lot of elderly people. It was perfect. The executive director was very nice, very compassionate, knew how to talk to us, and very friendly. She almost seemed like family, like I had known her for a long time.

They showed me the dining room and an area where they play cards and put puzzles together.

Lincoln Manor was very nice. They were friendly. The facility was clean and bright. They had a nice welcome area where you go in and a nice eating area. My friend found that the rooms were too small for her. She can't get around well and said she couldn't sit in that room all day. But for a person who can get around and go out into the other areas pretty well, I can see that it would be sufficient for some people, just not for everybody. I liked it because the facility didn't smell funny. It smelled normal. Several people were sitting around, and most of them were sleeping. It was quiet.
