My mom received wonderful care. Staff were so kind. Thank you for all for everything.

Pittiful care employee''s -- the cleaning people are the only people that seemed to give a hoot. All the professionals, .Doctor''s, nurses, aides were some of the worst professional care givers I ever had. The person on the phone who tries to get your business will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. All a big sham to hook you into believing that the place is for you. They outright lie and/or mislead you for your business. If I had a choice it would be last.

stay as far away from this hospital as you can. They release patients that are still extremely ill to nursing facilities when they cant figure out what else to do with them. My father also contracted stage 4 bed sores after being there a few weeks and our family was never told about them nor was the nursing facility he was sent to told about it until their initial examination of him, although they claimed to have told my father he had them... a lot of good that does for someone that cant move around by them self.... btw stage 4 bed sores are considered NEVER event in a hospital.. at least they are supposed to be.. but obviously not with them... the attention and care he received was subpar and minimal at best.. he was transferred eventually to another hospital and the difference of care was night and day
