Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful facility with lots of support for patients and family.
The staff is very kind but they don’t get to call buttons fast enough and when they say they will come back they don’t, I saw my Aunt’s roommate having a hard time as well. Physical Therapy has been lacking as well, the exercise is minimal and nothing like her PT when she’s in the hospital.
Day one of mom’s stay and all is good. Beautiful place with a lot of caring employees and staff. Thank you!
