Love love love this center. Ever since I transferred my mom here she’s been treated so well compared to where she was. Absolutely no complaints. The staff has treated my mom so well , with so much respect. Beyond grateful for Sarah and Nicole for helping me move my mom over here to this center.

Don''t come here or send your family here. The nursing staff is lazy. It to an hour to answer my call light and I just had Triple Bypass Open Heart Surgery 5 days ago. They brought my styrofoam container with a tiny chicken thigh, small scoop of cauliflower and small scoop of potatoes at 5pm for dinner, No Drink and nothing else all night. They told me this isn''t a hospital so they don''t have food. So on top of excruciating pain from having my sternum cracked in half and my heart cut into along with several tubes coming out of my stomach area, I have a major head ache from hunger pains. I bet the super sized nurses eat our snacks and I know they''re paid well for us to be here. Not once did anyone come to check on my condition since I got here. Isn''t this assisted living? I had to pull my up outta bed even though I''m not supposed to pull with my arms. They could care less about the patients. I asked for the Wi-Fi password. That took 2 hours before I had to ask a second time. I was told to call the kitchen to order future meals but wasn''t provided a number. The only paperwork I was given was an activity schedule . I don''t have any friends or family in Arizona otherwise I would never subject myself to this place. In addition it''s the next morning. I''ve been up all night in pain. At 12:30am the nurse said my next dose of pain meds is at 6:30am. It''s now 7:30am an still nothing. She''s trying to say I get nothing til 8:30am. LIAR!!! I''m in horrible pain, I know when my dose is.. She''s withholding MY meds. They don''t familiarize themselves with the patients. After begging all night for something more than water, the nurse dropped 4 ice cream containers and 2 bags of cookies. Really? To a diabetic? This place is a nightmare!!!

My mother was brought in at 1950 tonight. Been here nearly 30 minutes. Have not seen any nurses let alone anyone even check her. Nobody to be found!!!!! Is this a self service ward??? I am still sitting her room as i write this review!! Don''t believe me, come see for your self! After listening to the gentleman in rm 309 yelling for help since we arrived and still have not been seen by anyone since the transport brought my mother in, (no one even came to meet the transport when we arrived), i decided to remove my mother from the facility. As we were leaving a nurse finally came up to us as we reach our car. She tried stopping us until i informed her that my mother was not a patient because she had never been checked in even though we had been sitting there for an hour in room 308. Speaking of room 308. I even saw a nurse writing vitals on a paper at the desk out side the room my mother and i were in which quoted vitals for another woman in 308 but in actuality there is only 1 bed in room 308 and my mother was laying in it. I will be contacting the appropriate agencies to look into this.

Thank you for reaching out me and listening to my concerns, i appreciate it. My husband had been extremely active prior to getting sick. He was hospitalized for 3 weeks and required rehab to regain strength before coming home. He arrived there on a Saturday evening and was assessed Sunday. When I visited on Tuesday, he was visibly not feeling well and was extremely warm to the touch. I mentioned it to his nurse and they checked his temp with a no contact thermometer and said he was fine. The next day he was in the emergency room with 103 temp among other things and was diagnosed with MRSA. He ended up back in icu which may not have progressed as far as it did if the fever was noticed sooner. It wasn''t even that facility that noticed anything, it was the outside dialysis facility that noticed his heart rate was 140 and got him to the emergency room. Extremely upset with this setback that may have only been one step backwards instead of three steps backwards. He said he never even did physical therapy 😕

As a patient. I''m 48 with a broken femur.. thigh. I cannot walk but for the life in me, which is nothing left of anything but depressed and broke down .. I cannot get them to offer any interaction. I pressed my nurse button and still sit here unattended for 3-5 hours. I am unhappy and cannot get decent care. It not abusive or mean but just the basics. Go figure for the price. It''s just not a good match for me. I hate it here. And am waiting for another bed elsewhere to open for me to move. Oh thank God for his mercies because I am livid In a wet diaper.
