Very helpful staff. Facility is super clean. Residents seem very happy.
Everyone was very nice to myself and my sister

Witnessed a resident you was left in an Adult Diaper that had not been changed all night. As a result her gown, and bed linen’s were soaked in urine. Witnessed Nursing Staff not using gloves or washing their hands before and after providing care to the resident’s. And then moving from resident to resident rooms, spreading germs. Observed a Certified Nursing Assistant Shaking out bed linens. Observed two resident’s having their meals forgotten that they had ordered the night before. Witnessed call lights going on-answered for long periods of time. Witnessed resident’s gate belt lying on the bathroom floor. Witnessed empty paper towel dispenser’s in residence bathrooms. Witnessed empty soap dispenser’s In residence bathroom’s. Caregiver’s cannot properly wash their hands if there is no soap in the soap dispenser’s. Witnessed open oozing sores on residents legs. Witnessed a lot of standing around talking by Certified Nursing Assistant’s instead of answering residents call lights. The state of Colorado needs to make unannounced surprised visits to these facilities more than once a year to witness for themselves what really goes on in these facilities! It’s horrible and shameful! 🤬
