This place is definitely the worst episode of the Twilight Zone. If you go to goodwill and buy a scrub shirt with any color tights you''re dressed and ready to come to work here,NO SOCKS REQUIRED with your dirty Crocs.
Horrible my moms been there less than a week she''s immobile and can''t talk. They said she fell out of the bed bull&@$t she doesn''t move. Now she has a black eye, bruises on her neck and face..got to get her out of this place before they kill her
