Lehigh Commons is a beautiful community and I know several of the people who work there. They are compassionate, kind, and really care about their residents!

My brother and I faced with the most difficult decision regarding our parents'' safety, care and quality of life during COVID-19. Both of them had serious cognitive disorders and weren''t safe to live independently in their home. We tried many different tactics including a person caregiver, moving closer, checking on them several times a day but it just wasn''t enough. We feared something was going to happen. Thankfully both our parents were in agreement they needed to move and that''s when we contacted Kris at Lehigh Commons we felt heard regarding our concerns. Kris quickly, and respectfully provided us with directive assistance. Our parents moved adjusting to their new environment and people. The staff cared for them like family, listened, laughed, and offered them individual care developed and tailored to their unique needs. They ensured my parents spent time together even during the pandemic. They created a new home that offered them quality of life. We are grateful both our parents shared their final journey together, in a warm caring family environment where they received outstanding care and attention. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to make a decision regarding their family''s safety, independence, and quality of life to contact Lehigh Commons for guidance, care and peace of mind. They gave our entire family a place to feel safe and enjoy all of our time together. Thank you, Lehigh Commons Administration, therapy and nursing services. Chris the manager of the facility is very attentive. The doctors care is also very good. The most important part is that for a person who said he would never go into a home. My father actually likes it there. He brought in things to personalize his room and make it feel more like home for him. He also enjoys the food, and they make sure that he gets dressed and showered every day, that he makes his meal times, and he gets around. Couldn't be happier about our choice at Lehigh Commons.

The reason we chose Lehigh Commons is that my father needed kind of extensive care and they were able to provide it. It's super nice. The one-on-one care is very, very good. All the nurses and the staff are super nice. My dad's on the memory care side. It's not that he needs it for memory. He's just not very mobile. My dad said the food's good, and he was a pretty good cook. They take him out to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a board and they have activities. I just don't know how many he's attended. The rooms though are very small. They're like a dorm room. The furniture is kind of outdated, but my dad likes it. It's cozy for him that it's small. Price-wise, this one was on the lower end, but they have nursing staff there.

Lehigh Commons is perfect for an older person. I like the privacy, and the dining room was nice. The rooms were nice, too, and there was a variety of rooms. It's very clean. The staff who gave the tour was perfect. He knew what he was doing there. I didn't eat the food, but I saw it and it looked good and appetizing. It wasn't canned or anything, it was all fresh stuff. The dining area was very clean and easily accessible, too. It was like right in the middle of the place. It was a perfect environment for a dining room. They have bingo. It was a nice place. I would love to put my father in there if he wanted to go. The person who gave me the tour was an assistant in charge. He was very kind, and he showed me everything I wanted to see. He explained in detail about the facilities. He's really good. I thought the facility was nice.
