Legacy Ridge of Buckhead has been an excellent choice for my loved one. It has a real sense of community and a family-like environment. The staff is caring, professional, compassionate, and attentive. Medical, physical, and occupational therapies are excellent. The facility is modern, clean, and well maintained. The living spaces are well kept and comfortable. The food is good and dining area is beautiful. The facility has many activities that promote socialization and the well being of the residents. Joellen, Natalie, and the rest of the staff are incredible and are always available to the residents and the residents'' families. They create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone. I couldn''t be more satisfied with Legacy Ridge of Buckhead. I highly recommend it!

This place is terrible and has went downhill under the director JoEllen who I feel is not suitable to be in the position that she is in. The staff works extremely understaffed and underpaid while having to get the grunt of the frustra...

This place is terrible and has went downhill under the director JoEllen who I feel is not suitable to be in the position that she is in. The staff works extremely understaffed and underpaid while having to get the grunt of the frustration of the families that are unhappy with the way things are all the while not knowing the people in charge do not care. I’ve visited my aunt in memory care and have seen only 1 caregiver down there being worked to the bone. 1 caregiver for 25+ residents is so negligent. I feel like they aren’t trying to get staff And the higher ups are pocketing the extra money being saved by having the staff work extremely short staffed.
