There were just a couple of people that were walking down the hall, but we didn't see anybody doing anything. One of the things that they did have was a room that you could reserve if you wanted to have your family for Thanksgiving or Christmas. They would set it up and serve your family dinner there.

We're very happy. Everything is great so far. Overall they provide very good care, and I don't feel like I have to micromanage them. If my loved one were unhappy, she's the type that would definitely call me and let me know. And I'm not getting any of those types of phone calls from her. She did have some adjustment issues when she first moved in, more related to change in general though, and not necessarily anything to do with the facility. But overall we're very pleased. And I feel like the price is fair for the area.

I was so disappointed in not being called when my mother went to the hospital. I was the second person on the emergency list and told after they could take the time to do that. Even though I requested to be called also and they said sure. Then to be rude and again told they didn’t have time to talk about it was enough for me to be done with the staff.
