My brother has been at this place for six months. He is treated with kindness and respect on a daily basis. We visit often and the staff cannot be anymore friendly or helpful.

First and foremost I’d like to thank everyone at complete care for being attentive and caring for my mother during her stay! As we wheeled mom in she was greeted by Danielle from admissions with the friendliest smile. Everyone on her unit was amazing from the first day until she discharged especially her nurse Jeanine. There were a few that definitely stood out and went above and beyond from different departments not just nursing. Christina the director of activities was such a sweetheart from the first day mom was there she went out of her way to grab mom an abundance of things since mom liked to keep busy, she went as far as going to Walmart to grab some crocheting yarn and needles. There were many days we couldn’t visit and she’d FaceTime us to ease our minds. My mom hasn’t always been very social but because of christinas encouragement and warm welcome mom met some great friends there, Ann and Roberta mom says hi! Chris from activities also was such a gentleman and always had her smiling! Kristen from therapy was very hands on and got mom going. Bryan from Housekeeping was very nice and kept things clean . Mom liked having menus to choose her meals and knowing there were some alternates helped on those days meals could’ve been presented better. Overall the experience was great, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I just want to start off by saying I typically never leave a review for anything but I think this place deserves some recognition. My Dad is currently a patient on the rehab floor. All of the rooms there are private which is amazing since Dad has a lot of visitors in and out. We toured a few facilities in the area all looked pretty good. There was just something different about Laurelton from the phone call I made to Danielle in Admissions. She invited us on a tour. we came that evening. Danielle suggested it since I told her I work and wouldn''t be able to make it until the weekend. She said she would wait for us to come at almost 7pm. I thought that was so thoughtful. Danielle was so friendly and practically introduced us to every staff member we walked past. She just made me feel so comfortable with putting Dad there. Her laugh was contagious!! He hee I was nervous because I don''t live close She assured me she would personally check on Dad daily and she absolutely does. It''s been 3 weeks now. Dad feels so special. I call her all the time with silly questions and she never makes me feel like I''m bothering her. I see her treat others the same way. Just such a sweet soul. Dad loves her he says she always makes him laugh. Carla is the head nurse of the desk, she is so knowledgeable and always makes me feel at ease when she explains something complicated to us. She is truly amazing. The lady at the desk (I think her name is Pat sorry not sure) so helpful even gives Dad his tray and water sometimes out of her way. Dad has a nurse name Sandra who is a ball of energy always making Dad chuckle. She calls him Papa lol. Its so cute. Dad likes her a lot. There are some good aides there that are the main staff. Eddie takes care of Dad very well. I''m sorry i don''t know some of the others names. Even the receptionist with the blonde hair is so bubbly when you walk in lobby. No place is perfect but they really try there. Therapy has been good as well. Dad love s Scott and kristen. I haven''t met the others. I''m sure they are all good!! The food could use some work and some days they are a bit short handed . I know most places can be. The outside agency staff is not as attentive as the regulars. Still in all they are not that bad. The activities girl Christine is a doll. Comes by personally to nudge Dad to participate. I''m so sorry for all the other names I''m forgetting. They are all so wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help to rehab from the hospital. Thank you Laurelton!! We hope Dad comes home soon. Our family is so grateful!!!!

Danielle is amazing! Her knowledge and expertise at this hard time for me was comforting and encouraging. Can’t Very nice express the care and love at this facility the cleanliness is From the first phone call to facility and spoke with her directly, I knew it was the place where my Mom should be. We arrived and she waited after her shift to greet me and my Mom and made sure the facility and staff was expecting us we were greeted and welcomed. The place is spotless and all nurses are friendly at every shift The problem is that this place gets confused with all the other complete cares. This is definitely the best one don’t get them confused make sure when you’re coming to bring someone there you state Laurelton.

I can''t say enough about Complete Care at Laurelton. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for care for their family member. This was a first time experience for our family our mom ( 86 yrs) fell and broke her shoulder & did damage to her lower back. After a week in the hospital she was being moved to a rehab. Needless to say this was a stressful time for our family. Our parents moved " down the shore" after they retired. I live out of state & my siblings live up North. We were nervous about finding the right place for our mom & one that met the expectations of all the kids as well as our dad. There is something different about CCL. After visiting a few different rehabs my brother & SIL ranked CCL #1 . It was recently renovated, patiants have private rooms, the staff is tenured and knowledgable. These are great things. What has made this experience a positive one for all of us especially our mother is the incridible staff (in every area ) they have exceeded expectations. They are committed to providing the best care for their paitants . In my experience I found what sets CCL apart are the employees that work there. They have taken care of us as if we are family. Not only providing great care for our mother daily , she is thriving in PT /OT , they have provided training to our family as well ( car tranporation, operating the wheelchair etc) , guidance when it came to the insurance process , updating our family on mom''s progress & helping us prepare for when she comes home. They have been responsive to our emails, requests & questions. Above all the staff has been kind , patient , supportive , compassionate , polite. accommodating & empathetic. We are only a few weeks in and still have a few to go. I know in my heart we are at the right place. I''m grateful for the CCL staff & can''t thank them enough for all they have done for our family.
