Where to begin? Let’s start with COVId. They’ve had at least one case in the past 7 days but the staff rarely wear masks and they don’t encourage patients, medically compromised seniors, to wear masks. Unsafe and unreliable.
The management and staff at Lakewood is truly amazing. My mom has been in their care for almost 3 years. They have not only cared for her they have genuinely shown love to her. They go above and beyond what is expected of them.
Great staff. Best in NLR Arkansas. They don''t lie to the family like other nursing homes do.

Smelled the inside of the building before I walked in. No one is willing to help ever. I can''t even say the hold times are ridiculous, because you get placed on a hold and they hang up. You can never speak to a nurse about a loved one. The sounds and the smells are awful. I am so glad I got my family member out when I did. If you love your family take them to Briarwood.
