The community doesn't allow family into the dining room to see the food or visit with our loved one there. For the most part it has been an alright experience. The community doesn't allow family into the dining room to see the food or visit with our loved one there. For the most part it has been an alright experience. When the family goes to visit we are not able to visit our loved one in their room. They have the family and our loved one visit in a sometimes crowded family room. The staff have been okay to work with, if we have any questions or concerns we need addressed. The apartment, utilities, housekeeping, changing of linens and laundry is included in the monthly fee. The community is able to provide medication management, hygiene, bathing, and dressing assistance as some care types.

I brought my 94 year old mother to Lakeview Memory Care after touring about 8-10 other places. [Name removed] was warm and inviting. She explained everything clearly and was patient with all my many questions. I am so glad I picked Lakeview! I truly got lucky with my choice! The staff is on top of everything, and my mother-who has never had friends actually likes everyone! There are many more activities at Lakeview to keep my mom busy. At her previous assisted Living place, there was little to do. People would stay in their rooms until meal time. My Mom lost the ability to control the TV so she would just sit for hours! Now she loves Bingo and all art classes. She even joins in the singing! I love [names removed] and of course [name removed]! With my mom at Lakeview, I don't have to worry like I used to. They are just great! Thanks for being the best Assisted Living facility!

Lakeview is an exceptional community. I say this as a licensed professional who is very particular because result of this. From the moment you enter the front door, this is evident! The care that is provided is more than what I expected. It’s carefully thought out and personalized to provide what each resident needs physically and mentally. Their “eyes” are on “ their family” every minute. The continuity of care from shift to shift is outstanding. No reason to be bored. Activities are going on all the time. Memory care is “challenging” to say the least. It’s all consuming and goes on every hour of every day. It can also be tough to work with family members, but Lakeview works with them to provide “ seamless” care to their loved ones. I know this all for a fact as my mother died from Alzheimer’s. I know what it can do to families. All you want as a child and a caregiver is the same type of care you yourself would provide.
