My mother was taken there supposedly coming home and they took her to lake Park and from there she was shipped after 4 hours of having issues they called my home phone number in the middle of the night which I was asleep and then I got a call from the hospital that she had passed away and then she was shipped to Mayo where the staff Mayo clinic and Mayo Florida where she was left with a dirty sit by toilet that was full not clean toilet paper with poop on it underneath on the floor and they did nothing they were very rude also so yeah y''all need to make sure before you abandon your family members your loved ones into these places because they have no heart any longer it''s a paycheck to them that''s all it is they don''t care

My visit with my mother was great. It appears that she''s being taken care of in a caring manner. The reason for my rating is that upon our departure there was no one at the front desk for security purpose. There were two ladies that said they had been waiting for a while to be escorted to see there love one as my family was also signing in. The young lady returned having gone out to get something to eat. There should be some coordination so she can leave while someone sit in not leaving the entry unattended. The concern is that ANYONE could have entered the building with not so good of intentions placing all the patients in the facility in danger.
