A facility being outdated is what it is, because employees really can make the place worth it…but there’s so much more lacking here. The first red flag for me was the patient laying in his own (hours old) feces and urine on a bed with no sheets and he was not wearing any kind of brief. And his skin was a telltale sign this wasn’t the first time. Lack of supplies, employees that had complete disregard for proper infection control procedures, patients with almost zero mobility left with their lunch tray sitting in front of them that obviously couldn’t feed themselves. Just…yikes.

Read moreVery difficult to get any information and updates. Brad was very nice and tried to be helpful but Priscilla sounds like she hates her job and should not be working around ill elderly patients who need compassion!
I cannot say enough about the facility. From a personal visit in the hospital to the care they gave my father was incredible! They were so helpful and loving. For a scary situation they certainly made us feel comfortable during the entire process. Thank you Lake Eustis!
