My mother has moved into Capstone Healthcare Estates on Orem. The staff is very supportive in guiding me through the process. They are very helpful. The facility is very nice. It is well-maintained and clean. She seems to like the food. I just had a few incidents with them as far as bathing and stuff, but she's been pretty much on schedule since then. They have various activities. They have bingo, social hours, and a women's group. For the holidays, they've brought in choirs to sing and musicians to play. There were just a couple of issues that had to be resolved, like it took them a long time to fix the TV.

My auntie has no real complaints so I''m good too. Friendly staff. Clean interior n exterior. Follows visit rules n covid rules.
Mom was here for 6 months and only a handful of capstone members seemed to really care about there patients. Very understaffed with cna''s plenty of nurses that only administer medications only. Cna''s do all the work for little pay that is why there always understaffed because work is too much and...

My mom came here to recover from a stroke. It honestly exceeded anything I could have hoped. It of course is known for it being beautiful, looking more like a hotel than a nursing home. From a high tech sign in to check for symptoms and gave us peace of mind, to very involved care planning… we felt cared for and our questions answered. Rehab had more fun tech where my mom could drive a race car while meeting her therapy goals. She had no complaints on thefood, and trust me she complains about the food I cook, and they had lots of activities for her to choose from throughout the week. What started as a short term stay led me to rethink her needs in general. If we ever decide to pursue long term care we will definitely be coming back here.
