La Dora has been an amazing place for my grandma. The staff is so patient, kind, warm and welcoming. La Dora has a family feel to it and you know they truly care about their residents overall health and well-being. Grandma had been in bed for 6 months or better and is on a feeding tube. She is now out of bed, socializing with new friends and smiling again. Thanks La Dora for giving grandma her quality of life back and helping her thrive again!

While I cannot comment on the actual facility as they unfortunately did not have a bed available for my mom, I would like to give rave reviews on Danelle and how she helped me thru the whole process in finding another option for my mom. This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life, and Danelle helped to ease the process. She didn''t have to help, it was not benefitting her, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND, answered every question, gave me leads, even checked on options. She is a true example of what we need in our world today, people with helping hearts that actually care about others and about their jobs. If I could give Danelle 100 stars I would.

COVID death of Mother; personal affects STOLEN 2020 This is an amended review. My Mother was there from 2015-2020. As COVID raged, the staff moved her from a smaller wing into the COVID ward. She got COVID, they transferred her to hospital where she died on 12.27.20. In the meantime, LaDora claimed to have “lost” her TV, wheelchair, walker, clothes & artwork. For nearly 2 years, I’ve been trying to get Mother’s things. They quit taking my calls in March 2021.
