The nurse Elvie is very unprofessional and rude. She has no empathy towards patients and the families. Also need refresher courses in services and needles.
Got an MCL left knee injury while in Waipi''o valley - hospital staff was very attentive, made me comfortable and provided an immobilizer for my travel back to the mainland.
They''re a very small hospital but their level of care is on par. Very attentive staff. 5 stars from me.
