Horrible, horrible facility. Mom’s toilet was backed up for 2 days with toilet paper and feces 😳 Took 51 minutes to answer her call bell while my sister was visiting. We found 2 pills on the floor of her room. There were brown smears on the floor 2 days in a row. Probably would have been 3 day...
Horrible, horrible facility. Mom’s toilet was backed up for 2 days with toilet paper and feces 😳 Took 51 minutes to answer her call bell while my sister was visiting. We found 2 pills on the floor of her room. There were brown smears on the floor 2 days in a row. Probably would have been 3 days but we took her out of there. How this place continues to operate is beyond me.
