My son was here, trach care and feeding tube done, great nurse Jules, CNA Bernie, Jocelyn, Nurse Practitioner Josh, Great infection control Dave, the only bad thing is therapy discharged him too soon, great Speech therapist Amy.
Avoid this facility at all costs!!!!! Family member had a tracheotomy that was not changed in over a month and was missing parts to it! Also was not bathed or had any oral hygiene in over a month. Avoid this facility at all costs!!!!! Family member had a tracheotomy that was not changed in over a month and was missing parts to it! Also was not bathed or had any oral hygiene in over a month. Family member had a sore that becane excoriated due to.lack of hygiene and simple cleansing in this horrid facility. No one was ever in charge and no communication with the family ever occurred. How pathetic that this facility is open for caregiving.

Family member was there for a month with no bath,teeth care, repeated pneumonia from lack of tracheotomy tube maintenance..My family member now has fungal contusions all up and down their back. We asked them to give family member a bath before she was released to hospice care,they said they did then sent her home encrusted in fecal matter. DO NOT use this facility.
