Place is really terrible to residents and other staff members, I would advise against putting your family members here. The staff don''t like people with disabilities and management won''t do anything to help you. They also "don''t have an HR."
The Exceutive Director and his entire staff are wonderful and so helpful with whatever we need. The med techs and caregivers are so respectful and helpful.

Needs updating in bathroom. Overall, it's alright. Dining room is very bad, the noise level is very very bad. Meals are lukewarm or cold.

The room that they showed me had a Southern exposure so she could get good daylight and it had a view of the trees outside. I ...
Kenmore Senior Living was pretty good. It was an older building, but I thought my mother might like it there. The staff was good, and they seemed very kind and professional. The room that they showed me had a Southern exposure so she could get good daylight and it had a view of the trees outside. I saw the community room. They were talking about a library where they were going to add some more books and DVDs to it. They've got activities that they schedule. The one thing I noticed driving up to this facility was they did have a lot of personnel taking people for walks or pushing their wheelchairs.
Read moreI love the staff. There just isn't enough of them and they are not trained well. The ones we have are kind and caring. They are not being paid a livable wage. The food is awful for this age group, I think.
