Not sure what the issues were. I have had nothing but praise for this place. My mother who is very picky and has all her wit really loves the care she gets. My father''s care has also been top notch. I visit at least once a week.
This place is awful and disgusting. Do not place your family member here. I have proof of misconduct. Unsafe conditions. This place is awful and disgusting. Do not place your family member here. I have proof of misconduct. Unsafe conditions. False medical reporting, withholding patients medicine when leaving for family visits and abuse. The state of Texas has been contacted and if you have experienced horrible conditions and treatment at this facility contact the state. Today November 10, 2018 at approximately 12 noon keeneland has denied me and my fiancé acces to see my mom or check on her. If we show up they will call police! Stating because we turned them into the state we are not allowed access to my mom via phone or personal contact. Everything is documented with proof to back everything up. They cannot deny me access to see my mom or visit her!
