Still understaffed, residents waiting over an hour for call bell to be answered. Meals are late and inadequate. Inedible or a cold sandwich dinner.
Great care of my relative who lives here. Very responsive and caring. After working I. A care facility I know they are working hard.
The staff is kind, and cheerful. I would appreciate more communication having a family member as a new resident. Also more clear communication of how the first days would go. When the nurse would evaluate, when to expect a bill, how to contact the nurse, etc.
Every one has been wonderful and very helpful when needed. I could not do what these folks due takes lots of patience and they deserve many compliments and maybe a raise.
