With the care services - the physical and occupational therapy that was paid extra by our family was excellent, they were great. However the care provided by the community was the opposite. We had pulled our loved one our early due to being sent to the hospital twice and on the second trip the hospital told us to find a different option for our loved one - that spoke volumes to us since our loved one pretty much digressed upon move in. With the meals our loved one had issues with constipation - they weren't the healthiest and did not have a good variety.

Juniper Village is working out well for my mom. The people are really nice. It's a nice facility, and they're taking good care of my mom. I feel comfortable having her there.
We have been very pleased with Juniper Village at Preston Hollow, they get all 5 stars. What sticks out most about the facility is the friendly staff and they take excellent care of their residents.
This community is always very clean they do a really good job with that and all of the staff members are good people. What we have seen of the meals they look to be fine. Bingo is a big thing here and [name removed] is their activities coordinator who does a lot of things to really get the residents...

They are about at 50% capacity and the facility coordinator [name removed] is so sweet and is very engaged and has been helpful with the process. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
