They let my sister lay there until it was to late to do anything for her. My sister told me she was sick and needed to go to the hospital but they had her husband believing she was getting better. She told me this. That they had him fooled. A lot of us could see she wasn''t "fine". But we were ...
They let my sister lay there until it was to late to do anything for her. My sister told me she was sick and needed to go to the hospital but they had her husband believing she was getting better. She told me this. That they had him fooled. A lot of us could see she wasn''t "fine". But we were not the ones that had the power to do anything. Apparently the nursing staff doesn''t monitor the patients as they should or they would have know she wasn''t "fine". By the time they finely called an ambulance to get her to the hospital, it was to late. As far as I''m concerned, it was their actions, or lack of, that killed her. With the exception of one or two employee''s, the rest of them are not nice at all. They just don''t care

I have worked @ JCNR since March 2021, and the new management team is very dedicated to not only their staff but also the residents. Everyone is treated like family and that is how she expects staff to treat the residents. She is fixing the place up and that is evident when you walk in the front doo...
