I''m very concerned about this facility because there''s been alleged accusations of Residents being abused there by the staff. So if I were considering this place, I''d do a serious background check/research because that''s extremely sad if this accusation is true. I pray to God its not! Just imagine your dear loved one is living there and these strangers/staff are being abusive to your innocent loved one. If it is the case I strongly suggest that before the staff is hired here that there be an extensive mental evaluation & criminal background check be done prior to hiring any staff being employed here & maybe have evaluation talks with the existing staff. Because this news was brought to my attention recently ! It''s alarming, disgusting & disturbing to say the least unacceptable. I found out online by someone who is extremely upset as I would be too!

I must admit that this facility has significantly declined in all avenues. The facility is currently staffed with unlicensed CNA’s and agency workers that lack compassion. I can’t judge the new administration team, but the previous team wasn’t incompetent nor terrible until a particular someone joined forces. She’s partly at fault for the facility''s current issues, along with staffing issues. She’s super manipulative, arrogant, deceitful, and just an all-around inhumane individual to have in an office. She wields her power in a variety of ways, even without her colleagues'' knowledge. All that is hidden by the intelligent facade she presents.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. This place needs to be shut down. They must pay employees to write reviews I wouldn''t let a homeless stray cat stay here. If you want your love ones to be ignored hurt hungry and have meds skipped or ultimately die due to lack of care attention medical needs ...

Read moreI am clergy and I come in to visit one particular resident often. The same woman is usually at the reception desk and she is wonderful. She''s helpful and respectful. She makes it a pleasant start to my visit.
I have a relative here. Worse place ever. One outlet to a room that he shares with another patient so both of their TVs are plugged into it. No AC and very hot in the rooms. Must unplug TV if you want a fan on. He has no phone to use and when they finally located one he can call out but can’t ...

Must unplug TV if you want a fan on. He has no phone to use and when they finally located one he can call out but can’t receive any calls. Says it’s restricted. Got his lunch at 2:30 pm and it was pitiful. Suppose to have a protein diet and all he got was pasta and cauliflower. No water glass at his bedside. Very understaffed. Not happy at all .
