This place is disgusting bed bugs, spiders, and roaches. Your loved one probably wont even have any wipes for their rear end to be cleaned, not like the CNAs there will go in there and clean them anyways at least not more then once their entire shift. This place is disgusting bed bugs, spiders, and roaches. Your loved one probably wont even have any wipes for their rear end to be cleaned, not like the CNAs there will go in there and clean them anyways at least not more then once their entire shift. They lie about their pay you wont get no raise it’s a reason why they “pay for your cna exam” because they’re gonna have you work for them at least 3 months before u even take the exam & once you do no telling when you’ll be on the registry. Nurses ignore your loved ones as soon as you leave. Wouldn’t recommend working here and absolutely wouldn’t recommend having a love one admitted here.

I live at JHR. I''ve been treated very well for the most part. The rehab department is great . I am in better health than before I came here. The activity people keep us busy.
Most of the staff were great. The CNA''s were fantastic as well as all the nurses. The administrative staff make checking in and out easy. The issues I have is the food,room and the Nurse Practitioner that works for Dr Yates. The Nurse Practitioner is in the wrong field or the wrong job. She has a ...

The issues I have is the food,room and the Nurse Practitioner that works for Dr Yates. The Nurse Practitioner is in the wrong field or the wrong job. She has a nasty attitude, unprofessional, uncaring, rude, nasty personality and thinks she''s God''s gift to medicine. I would not want her taking care of my pet. She needs to be fired! Most of the food looked and smelled awful. The beef stew looks like the dog food Gravy Train.Ask for someone else to care for you or a love one other than Dr Yates Nurse Practitioner and have some food delivered . The room was beaten up. Holes in the wall and the electrical sockets were coming out of the wall. The bed creeks and groans as it was raised and lowered. Bad plaster job on holes in the wall made the room look awful. If you or a love one need a nursing home or a rehab facility, go somewhere else.

I have been working here for over 3 years. I go above and beyond to make my residents and their family members happy. I take care of them to the best of my ability. I try to make deferent in their lives. I came into work everyday with a positive attitude “today I can do better than yesterday for my residents” Our facility has suffered shortage staffing just like any other facility during the pandemic but We as staff members work together and work over to provide best care for our beloved residents and we will continue working to give them better quality of life that they deserve❤️❤️❤️
