Jackson Crossings helped me with my Grandmothers move from Texas back to Wisconsin. They were always accommodating when we had questions prior to the move. Once my grandmother was living there, the staff was always helpful, respectful and polite to us and catered to our needs day in and day out. Tory & Gail are wonderful at managing the property and very responsive when issues arise or questions relating to the care residents are receiving. Would recommend Jackson Crossings to anyone who needs help with their loved ones! And the view of the lake is amazing! My grandmother loved watching the ducks/geese every day. This place is absolutely wonderful!! Beautifully decorated, fabulous lakefront location and all of the right amenities! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents and are so welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend Jackson Crossing!!
