This is long time coming, I have been a rehab patient there 3 times each was great, no words can explain how good Ivy Hall is, everyone is great, we are fortunate to have a facility like this. all I can say is Ivy Hall is great.

If you want to be sure about any medical facility go to the IDPH and ask for complaints and records including payouts, and fines. Also go to the Illinois States Attorney''s office and the Illinois Commissioner of Insurance office. They can tell you what you need to know to make a good decision. The one star reviews are the truth. Funny how the Waterford only responds to the staff written good reviews and no others. High theft levels. Read the one star reviews. No accountablity on Waterfords part is ever assumed for missing items. You will never get medical records even through an attorney''s request.
