I highly do not recommend this location. The staff is horrible to deal with. They are not professional and are very rude to the patients and their families. Upon observation over a few day period, my loved one was not getting adequate care. She was left in a dirty diaper all day long and was not receiving her medications and as a result her health was deteriorating. We had to transfer her out within just a handful of days. Reports to the state have been made and I have contacted an attorney. If that does not solve the issue I will be looking into other avenues for relief for the residents.

It''s zero stars.. they have admitted they are under staffed.. don''t change patients or bedding and don''t give patients meds to them.

I would not recommend this place! Staff is rude and hard to deal with. If you bring up concerns about your loved ones care or lack there of you are belittled and thrown out told not to return. Residents sit in soiled diapers for hours, they do not receive medication on time or even at all. They do not provide the residents with water to drink throughout the day, only given a small cup of grape kool-aid with their meal. Call lights are not being answered because the nurses are busy laughing, eating and playing on their phones at the nurses station.

Integrity Care is the not a good place to put your loved ones.Many of the nurses do not care about getting the residents the correct meds. Also the staff is awful about giving showers many of of the residents are filty. The staff Gives no water tru out the day. The nurses do not treat UTIs. They let the utis get so out of control. The residents end up going to hospitail they almost killed my mom. They tie residents down to bed. Integrity care needs to be shut down or checked out every month to make sure the residents are being taken care of.
