Read moreI wouldn’t send my family member here. The aides are very unprofessional and sit around all day it seems like. They also tend to leave peoples call lights on frequently, as well as making snarky remarks towards a few residents. I don’t know how this place is still running.

I had a family member there and could not wait to get them moved out of there. Staff would make remarks about them and steal their clothes. Half the time they would not get cleaned up and have on the same clothes for over 2 days. A lot of the times staff would not answer the light except to come turn it off and offer no assistance. I would not send my worst enemy to that place. Awful experience.

A beautiful building and ground with wonderful dining room and activities rooms Cover Up Horrific Neglect of its Residents!!! The staff conmucates well and management is quick to respond to concerns. However, the words never cause action or patient relief. The have allowed a close friend to almost starve to dead because the refused to assist with meals or give a nutritional shake. Food trays are drop off and picked up. If a patent needs assistance they will not assist.💦💦💦I can''t stop crying over the suffering going on at Indian Springs.
