The place had everything in the building, and you could live with your spouse in all levels of care, even into memory care, so that was alright. The pricing gets a little expensive on the memory care part, but that's typically everywhere. We got to sample the food. They had a chef there, and the food was good. The staff were very knowledgeable and very polite. They answered all our questions. The food was very good. However, everything was in one building for all the care. They had a walking courtyard and stuff. They had a little gym and a movie theater.

Independence Village Pella has been the best I have visited. I was so impressed with the facility, staff and residents. So engaging and happy. I haven't found another facility that compares!
