I wouldn''t move in here. Since 2021 they have increased the rent $1100 A MONTH. Every year they raise it. The owners know its not good to move your elderly family members so they have you by the balls so to speak. In 2024 it go to $5500 a month for a small room with a bathroom. Nothing else. And ch...

The owners know its not good to move your elderly family members so they have you by the balls so to speak. In 2024 it go to $5500 a month for a small room with a bathroom. Nothing else. And check the Florida ACHA for complaints filed. Lots of them. Hopefully they will add value with the money they are extorting. They serve picnic food, ask any resident when you visit they will tell you its awful.

Hudson Manor was very well done. It seemed to be well-run and it was super clean and very pretty. It was a beautiful place. I saw a common area and the dining room, and both of those were very nice. It's been recently redone, so everything looks very pretty. The staff was very nice. It seemed like they had some outings, but it was a little slower-paced than the other facility we saw. They were a quieter atmosphere.

My mom is in Hudson Manor. It's small enough that everybody knows everybody. There are like 45 residents, and it's just got a very nice family vibe. The staff members are very caring and friendly. My mother even says they're so wonderful there. I've had breakfast there, and it was excellent. Overall, the food is very good. The only negative is that since it is a small place, there aren't many food choices, but they always have an alternate menu. The facility itself is very well done. It's very well kept and clean. They have bingo and happy hours with music and stuff.

This facility is well maintained and very beautiful for its history of being almost a 100 years old. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everything is very clean and smells so nice when you walk in. The suites are great size for the elderly and have beautiful views of the bay. I would highly recommend this facility for the pricing as they have an all inclusive rate which is hard to find anywhere these days.

If you need assistance with anything this is NOT the place to go. It was HORRIBLE, residents are afraid to push the call button because of the treatment they receive from the staff. My mother was there for two weeks and the only reason she stayed that long was because I had to go out of town. There only gave her one shower in 2 weeks and didn't wash her hair. They would not take her to the bathroom when she needed to go and they did not help her once they finally did take her. She is a frail 96 year old, can't stand up on her own and has arthritis in her hands. There is so much more that is wrong with this place I just don't have the room to write it all down. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON MANOR!!!
