Please don’t send any loved ones to Horizons assisted living facility in Cananadaigua! They will promise you the world only to kick your loved one out after 5 months. They did a full evaluation of my dad prior to accepting him, and had a report from a rehab center. Also I was very transparent with them about all his issues. They said no problem, we can work with him.
