I toured with Honeysuckle Senior Living and this was actually my first choice. I really liked that the facility was smaller. We ended up choosing a different facility because the rooms were much nicer and worked better for visitors.

The staff was really friendly. I could see them engaging with the residents. The residents seemed comfortable and relaxed as well. I like their payment structure. I haven't seen this at any of the other ones I've been to or read about. They have a lock-in price. Your price doesn't continually go up and up and up. The only drawback for me was just the distance from Spokane, but I liked everything else about it. It looked like they had all kinds of crafts, music, and outings. They were setting up for a little barbecue outside in the courtyard. They had cute decorations everywhere. It had a good vibe. They had transportation and a library. The building itself was clean. It was easy to navigate. The rooms were clean. I like that they let you personalize your room, like you can paint your room if you want.

Everything gets a 5 from me. We are so pleased with the entire experience. Now if I was rating my mom....[name removed] would get a 5 ??
Mom was there from 2019 to 2020 the food was horrible. During my first visit to see her her room smells like excrement. On a positive note the staff seem sincere and nice
The upside is the staff. The downside is the food (yuck), activities or lack of them. The price is high for the level of service and care rendered.
