there is a problem at the Homestead now with residents getting $$$ stolen from their rooms it is a number of residents, staff seems to not be listening to them and makes comments to them like "they think they are just old and do not remember if they had cash or if they spent it" .............this is a serious issue and management need to make these residents feel they can report things and get them looked into, this is suppose to be a safe place but residents do not feel that way at the moment. I have experience living in this type of community in three different states. I find Homestead to be outstanding! It is kept clean inside as well as out. Very pleasant to live in. I have to use a scooter and am so fortunate the bus has a lift and I can get to my Doctor appointments as well as shopping etc. This small community does not have taxi service and without the Homestead bus I would not be able to get out, which I feel is so important to my happiness. They also provide many different activities and entertainment everyday. They have welcomed my dog with open arms and lots of treats. The staff is exceptional and genuinely concerned in making us all comfortable., I can say Homestead has given me the best home of all the places I have lived. Thank you Homestead. Konny

This place is awesome. We had the best experience ever with [name removed]. She showed us several rooms and explained everything to us. This place is beautiful. If I was older, I would live here in a heartbeat. This is definitely on top of our list to put our mother when she is ready.
