The agency provides three hours of care for my husband seven days per week. Staff arrives 100% on time during the week. Some glitches on weekends yet shift always eventually covered even if delayed. Caregivers are responsive to direction. Not overly sensitive to correction. Rather, quite open to correction without defensiveness, a pleasant change from other agencies. The agency has been responsive to most of our requests except there are more caregivers assigned in a week than we prefer or expected. They have worked diligently with us to get the same caregivers established most days which we greatly appreciate.

Bonnie was excellent, very caring, very attentive to detail, very friendly. Did not have to worry about my mother being taken care of while she was at home recovering from a broken hip. Bonnie even came by to visit after finishing up with her care. Mom said she felt like she was an old friend sitting around talking. My sister and I felt very comfortable when we first visited the facility to speak with them about coming in to take care of our mother during this time. We are thankful to have had someone as she and I could not have taken on this responsibility full time. It was comforting to know she was well taken care of.
