Home Instead has been providing ongoing care to my mother for several months and do an amazing job! My mother refers to the staff as "her angels" and I am thankful everyday to have such caring and compassionate people taking care of my mother. They are not just employees, they are friends, and part of our family! Without Home Instead, I don't know what I would do for in home care. The entire organization is tremendous and I highly recommend Home Instead! They are kind, trusting, and go above this being a job. My father is a brittle diabetic and we started using Home Instead after he had been hospitalized for a stroke. When he returned home he was very weak, unsteady and needed some assistance. I work from home so I was able to view the care he received first hand. The company is very family oriented. They seem to really care about the customer and their situation. All my care givers were friendly, caring, on time and very helpful. And an extra bonus - they helped clean my house, particularly my father’s room, bathroom and sitting area. I had to stop using Home Instead because my father improved and really did not need their services anymore, but if that ever changes, I will absolutely use them again.
