We are so happy to have the wonderful, sweet and supportive caregivers through Home Instead. They have been working with our elderly father, who is a vet and almost 97. The staff truly treats him with the dignity and respect he deserves. Even with dementia, they carefully explain to them what they are doing when doing personal care. They have shown our family so much grace, and communicate immediately if there are questions or concerns we have. Dads main caregiver has become like family, and the other caregivers are equally as special. It takes a great deal of empathy, respect, and communication to do their job, and our family has been blessed to be paired with the best through your agency! Thank you!

The care and communication from Home Instead has been absolutely amazing!!! I called every service in town to initiate services for my mother -in-law with Alzheimer's who wanted to stay in her home as long as possible. Home Instead was head and shoulders above everyone else. From the beginning they were so full of empathy and knew exactly how to help out my mother-in-law the most even though she did not want anyone to come into her home and care for her. She loved the staff--they became like her best buds. Even through COVID- administrators and staff handled my mother-in-law's care like champions. I feel like the administrators and staff went above and beyond to provide extra care when we needed it too. Even when we finally needed to move her to a memory care facility and ended services with Home Instead- we ended up restarting services with them because we felt that the care facility was not able to keep up with her care needs and she just loved having the same caregivers from home instead provide care and companionship. I hope Home Instead can provide me care when I need it years from now too.

Home Instead has been very reliable and supportive in providing suitable caregivers for our elderly parents. The caregivers are both very caring and professional. My parents are very fond of the caregivers and know they can be relied on for taking care of the little things that matter so much for an elderly person who is not feeling well or bedridden. Home Instead communicates the schedule and any changes in a timely manner. Our family is so grateful for the steady present of the HI caregivers amongst so many changes in their current assisted living home. Thank you!
